Our condo is part of the Las Palomas rental pool and the rates are set by Las Palomas and may be subject to change by Las Palomas.  Las Palomas will add local taxes and fees equal to 7.9% of the rate.  There are no extra charges for bracelets or cleaning.

*RENTERS BEWARE* Our rates are the lowest authorized rates for a 3 bedroom.  If you see lower rates you are most likely renting illegally.  Illegal renters have to charge you separately for cleaning and bracelets and will ask you to lie about how you rented.  Las Palomas knows which condos use this tactic, and you will be questioned at the front desk and possibly denied basic services (internet, television, cleaning).  Your car will not be allowed to enter and you will have to park far away (off property) and walk to your condo, and you may have to pay extra for your services.  Avoid embarassment and support Las Palomas - Rent only from authorized rental pool condos.

Per Las Palomas management, only condos in the rental pool can offer the following services:

  • On property parking
  • 24 Hour front desk service
  • 24 Hour express service (special requirements, maintenance requests, etc.)
  • Check in and check out
  • Electronic key making
  • Free safety depost box
  • Luggage Storage service at check in and check out
  • Daily Cleaning and towel service
  • Room Service
  • Bellmen Service
  • Room Charges
  • Bathroom Amenities (soaps, shampoos)
  • Kitchen Amenities
  • In Room telephone operator service
  • Discounted greens fees for platinum condo members


To make a reservation, send us an email at mailto:info@Rocky-Point-Getaway.com and include your expected arrival date, departure date, number of adults and children under the age of 2, and telephone number.  If the dates are available, we will submit the reservation for you to secure the discounted rate, and then mail you the Las Palomas confirmation.


All payments are between the renter and Las Palomas.  After receiving the reservation confirmation from Las Palomas, please contact Las Palomas directly to secure the reservation with a credit card or the reservation could be cancelled.


Please read the following rules and regulations from Las Palomas.  They are current as of January 2013 but their policy can change at any time.  Please check your rental confirmation for their current policy. 


Late checkout requests must be authorized in advance by the reception desk and may be granted if there is no guest check-in scheduled for 4 p.m. Guests checking out late without prior authorization will be assessed a $20 per hour fee, and beyond 4 p.m. an additional night´s rental fee is charged.


We prefer credit card payments or bank deposits.

-- At the time of booking a reservation, we charge 50% of the total reservation cost.

-- We will charge the remaining balance of the reservation cost 10 days to your check-in

-- For holiday dates the entire amount of the reservation will be charged at time of booking and is non-refundable.

-- Credit card or cash payments are preferred. VISA and MC credit card payments are processed in US dollars; AMEX is also accepted but will incur currency conversion fees.


-- Contact Las Palomas reservations either by email or phone to request date or condo location changes. Rates are subject to change.

-- There will be no reservation changes allowed within 10 days of your arrival day.

-- Confirmed reservations which are cancelled at least 10 calendar days prior to your check-in data will result in 150 USD cancellation fee. For cancellations made within 10 days of your check-in date or no-shows, the total reservation amount will be forfeited.

-- There are no refunds for early departures.

-- There are no refunds for holiday dates.

-- No reimbursement in case of eviction, zero tolerance policy.


Each condominium is for a specific number of guests (8 - including adults and children). The number of guests is included in your confirmation. Only one additional person is allowed over the maximum capacity of the unit and will have a $20.00 USD charge per night. We do not accept reservations made by people under 25 unless accompanied by someone over 25 during their stay.


Deposit is fully refundable after inspection of your rental. Deductions will be made for missing kitchen, linen, and decorations items, as well as for property damage. Deductions will also be made for lights and A/C-heat units left on and for windows and doors left open. 


Fireworks and firearms are prohibited by Mexican law

No pets are allowed.  Only owners are allowed to have pets, and this privilege does not extend to owner's guests.

Smoking is not permitted in any unit.

No glass containers are permitted around the pool. 

BBQ Grills are not allowed inside the condos or on the patios (but there are many really nice BBQ grills in between Phase 1 and Phase 2).

10pm curfew of loud music, TVs, radios, parties and use of the pool and grills

No additional persons are allowed in the rental than you contract for at time of reservation

Please do not move or rearrange the furniture and avoid taking any items out of the condo

Everything is on inventory and anything damaged, broken, missing or lost will be charged to you. Please report any noticeable damages immediately upon check in.

Only condominium renters and owners will be allowed to use the amenities such as the pools.

Please return all room keys upon check out or leave them inside the unit.

This property is privately owned and management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone,
and will not be responsible for accidents, injury, loss of money or valuables of my stay.  I agree to be financially responsible for the room indicate and its contents for the duration of my stay. I agree that my liability for the charges is not waived and agree to be held personally liable and my credit card to be charged in the event that the indicate person company or association fails to pay for any part or the full amount of such.
